Hi there , I am Ingela, thank you so much for visiting my website. I believe in creating stylish, art-filled celebrations and seek to create events just as fun, authentic and layered as the people throwing them. We specialize in creating modern events full of bold personal choices, handcrafted decor, and organic nature-inspired florals. I believe that good event design is all about creating a welcoming heartfelt environment, evoking all your five senses. I’m honored to design and style events that tell great stories, and I look forward to helping tell yours. What is your story and how do you want your event to feel?

 

You are in Campbell,  how far do you travel?

We will travel where ever you want me to go! Campbell is a great mid-point for this area and give us easy access to go anywhere in the Bay Area. We are familiar with and have worked at many local sites from Napa, SF, East Bay, South bay to Carmel. We are on the preferred vendors list at many prestigious locations including Clos LaChance winery, Villa Montalvo, Levi Stadium, San Jose Fairmont and The Mountain Winery.

Do you offer rental of other decor items?

To achieve a complete look we can provide you with numerous rental items such as specialty table linens, arches, urns, yards of fabrics, custom designed chuppahs and anything to make your event unique and memorable. We are always on the lookout for new products to add to our collection.

How much do you charge?

Since we are a custom floral design studio, we don’t have price lists or design packages. Every event is very unique and to us a new inspiration and prices will vary depending on designs, density and flowers chosen. We invite all our brides and event hosts to make an appointment to come in for a one on one consultation, where we will take time to get to know you, discover your passions and tastes, and find together how we can create floral decor and setting that is perfect for you.

After our first initial consultation we will send you a detailed written proposal. We work with all kinds of budgets and can accommodate everything from lavish ceremonies to small celebrations in your home.

Ingela? Are you Swedish?

Yes, I am! I was born and raised in a “small” town called Malmö. I always say, the best part of my home town is Copenhagen, Denmark, which back then was a short ferry ride across the water, now there is a bridge connecting the two countries. I came to the US when I was 19 years old as an au-pair and lived with a family in San Mateo, CA. I met my now ex husband and after 2 year living in Sweden together we decided to make the Bay Area our home. I have a 18-year-old daughter who is now a college student, so I am now embracing this new chapter in my life.. as an empty nester and is truly enjoying it.  I love traveling and exploring, tropical places is by far what makes my heart sing other than flowers! I have found a love for country music, yep a Country loving Swede 🙂 who would have known lol. I love going to live concerts and I am the one standing up dancing while everyone is seated…I am very free-spirited and playful and truly embrace living in the moment, when I see a tree swing I have to go on it. I am also very active in the Tony Robbins community, and have participated in all his seminars and are also a part of his volunteer crew. I am grateful and blessed to do my passion for work and truly know that I am here to create styled memorable settings and to bring heart and authenticity back into our event scene, where you and your guests leaving your event are feeling fulfilled with all their five senses… taste, sight, touch, smell and sound.
