Mandap inspired photo shoot featured in Ceremony magazine

Another fun shoot for Ceremony magazine, for this one we had the pleasure of working at Palmdale Estate in Fremont. My original inspiration and display was going to be under a indian Mandap, when that did not work out I decided to create my own little Mandap with a modern twist to it. Again fabulous photos from my dear friend Lucie from LucieXYZ photography. What more can I say, I love colors!

Clos LaChance photo shoot for Ceremony magazine

Last fall we did a photo shoot for Ceremony magazine which was featured in this years magazine. It is always tons of fun to come up with new ideas and new inspirations for these photo shoots. For this shoot I was inspired by the round vases which has become some of my favorite vases to work with as they can be used in so many different ways and styles. I love how one kind of flower ( yellow Oncidium orchids) can create such big impact along with just a few touches of air plants and bear grass. The setting we choose was the front court yard of the gorgeous Clos LaChance winery, this is an area I feel the brides/clients don’t use as much as they should as it is just gorgeous and a very intimate setting. I am privileged to be on Clos LaChance preferred vendors list ever since they opened back in 2002:) and always love working there.  Lucie from LucieXYZ took the fabulous photos along with some bouquets and boutonnieres I will feature soon.

Table top collaboration with Divine Affairs Event Design featured in Ceremony magazine

Screen Shot 2013-03-12 at 10.01.13 AM

Together with Miranda Meisenbach from Divine Affairs Event Design we designed and created this fabulous table top design that also got featured in Ceremony magazine this year. We had tons of fun trying to figure out the whole logistics behind the sculpture holding the Phalanopsis Orchids, which ended up being a bendable pipe covered with a crystal mesh fabric, which we also used for the napkin holders and votive candles. Seeing this design come alive from a drawing to the complete set up was very rewarding and the attention to every single detail brings this table together,  the only thing missing is the food and the wine/champagne 🙂

Anjalee and Justin featured in Ceremony magazine + video

Ceremony Magazine coverage of Ingela Floral
Anjalee and Justin Mountain Winery June 2012

My dear couple Anjalee and Justin was featured in Ceremony magazine this year. Anjalee and Justin did not want the traditional colorful flowers you usually see in Indian weddings. Their style was more soft and romantic with a rustic flair, perfect for the Mountain Winery where the ceremony and reception took place. Gorgeous photos by Rhee Bevere photography, I can see the love shining thru her photos. Thank you to all of you that was part of this beautiful wedding. Please check out the video from Andy Hirsch and Blue Moon productions.
